Free UK mainland delivery on every sofa and bed. Here's what to expect from order to doorstep.
Free UK delivery
Free standard delivery to most UK mainland postcodes. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may incur a surcharge — we'll confirm before dispatch.
Lead times
In-stock items dispatch within 3–5 working days. Made-to-order sofas typically take 2–4 weeks. We'll keep you updated at every step.
Delivery day
Our delivery partners call 30–60 minutes before arrival within an agreed time slot. Two-person delivery to your room of choice on most items.
On arrival
Please inspect goods on arrival. Sign for delivery and report any visible damage to the driver and to us within 48 hours.
Access & assembly
Please make sure all doorways, hallways and stairs can accommodate your new furniture before delivery. Some sofas are split for easier access. Most beds and bunk beds require simple home assembly — instructions are included.
Missed deliveries
If no one is available at the agreed slot, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
