We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we'll put it right.
14-day returns
Stocked items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Collection fees may apply.
12-month warranty
All sofa and bed frames are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
Faults & damage
Spotted a fault? Email photos to j.sofaandbeds2019@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
Made-to-order
Bespoke colour, size or fabric orders are non-refundable unless faulty, as they are made specifically for you.
How to start a return
- Get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email with your order number.
- We'll confirm eligibility and arrange a collection slot.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of safe receipt.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original delivery and collection fees may be deducted from the refund unless the item is faulty.
